Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose & Shared App Protection

The shared connector applications on FlockPush are a shared asset across all verified organizations. Abuse by any single customer risks rate limiting or developer app suspension by social networks. This Acceptable Use Policy outlines mandatory posting guidelines.

2. Prohibited Content & Spam

You may not use FlockPush to transmit or broadcast:

• Unsolicited Commercial Spam: Mass repetitive posts, unsolicited mentions, or link stuffing.
• Astroturfing & Manipulation: Coordinating artificial trends or operating sockpuppet accounts to mislead social network algorithms.
• Malware & Phishing: Shortened links or attachments pointing to malicious sites or phishing credential harvesters.
• Harmful or Illegal Media: CSAM, hate speech, violent extremism, or content infringing third-party intellectual property.

3. Automated Posting Guardrails

FlockPush enforces automated technical guardrails:

• Duplicate Content Guard: Automatic 30-day content hash checking prevents identical posts from being dispatched to the same channel without explicit manual override.
• Fan-Out Capping: New organizations are capped at reasonable daily delivery ceilings that automatically scale as domain history and clean delivery metrics establish reputation.

4. Enforcement & Account Suspension

Violations will trigger automated delivery pauses and notification to the Organization Owner. Severe or repeated violations will result in permanent termination of API credentials without refund.
