User & Data Deletion Instructions

1. Overview
FlockPush empowers users to delete their account data and disconnect third-party social integrations at any time. We support both in-app self-service deletion and automated cryptographic deletion callbacks for Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads).
2. Step-by-Step Self-Serve Deletion
Go to Connections, locate the target channel, and click Remove Channel. This immediately destroys all encrypted tokens from our database.
As an Organization Owner, navigate to Team Settings and select Delete Organization.
All active sessions and API keys are invalidated instantly. The automated purger permanently drops all data records 30 days after deletion.
3. Meta Data-Deletion Callback & Confirmation Lookup
If you remove the FlockPush application from your Facebook or Instagram Business Settings, Meta automatically notifies our signed webhook callback at POST /hooks/meta/data-deletion.
Our server verifies Meta's cryptographic signature, disassociates the user profile, permanently invalidates stored credentials, and generates a unique confirmation code.

4. Manual Data Deletion Requests
If you are unable to access your FlockPush dashboard, you can request manual account and data deletion by sending an email from your registered address to privacy@flockpush.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Manual requests are processed within 48 business hours.
