1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BattaTech governing your access to FlockPush (flockpush.com), its developer REST API, webhooks, and associated services.

2. Accounts & Tenancy

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. Organizations operate under strict multi-tenant isolation. Account Owners and Admins are responsible for managing member roles, invitations, and API key provisioning.

3. Third-Party Social Networks & Platform Specific Terms

FlockPush facilitates broadcasting to external networks (including Bluesky, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube). You must comply with each network's developer terms, API policies, and community guidelines. We do not control network outages, API deprecations, or account-level suspensions initiated by third-party platforms.

Specific Platform Disclosures:

YouTube API Services: By connecting a YouTube channel or publishing content via FlockPush, you acknowledge and agree that you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You may revoke FlockPush's access to your YouTube data at any time via the Google Security Settings Page.
Meta Platforms: By linking Facebook Pages, Instagram Professional Accounts, or Threads, you agree to the Meta Platform Terms and Commercial Terms.
Pinterest: By connecting Pinterest boards, you agree to the Pinterest Developer Terms.
TikTok: By publishing video content to TikTok, you agree to the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
LinkedIn: By connecting LinkedIn Profiles or Company Pages, you agree to the LinkedIn User Agreement and API terms.

4. Developer API & Rate Limits

API keys (fp_live_... and fp_test_...) must be safeguarded. Standard rate limits apply (120 requests/minute, 10 post creations/second). Excessive abuse, bypass of duplicate guards, or distributed denial of service attempts will result in automated throttling or API key revocation.

5. Termination & Data Purge

You may terminate your organization at any time via the settings console. Soft deletion revokes all credentials immediately, and all organization assets and historical deliveries are permanently wiped within 30 days.

6. Limitation of Liability

FlockPush is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall BattaTech be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform.
